These late 1940s to early 1950s slingback heels check all the boxes to make your feet look fabulous. - Peeptoes? Yes. Ankle straps? Got'em. Decorative cutouts and two-tone button ornament? You bet. MATERIALS/COLORS: The outer is done in dark purple suede and lighter purple leather, lined in beige leather. The inside back of the ankle strap has suede for increased comfort. Outer sole is tan leather.

CONDITION: Soles are lightly worn and heel caps look unworn. There is a diagonal surface scratch on the inner heel of the left shoe - see closeup. I found a 1/8" tear to the left shoe where the edging transitions from grosgrain to suede - see closeup. There is a tear to the leather lining along stitch lines inside the left shoe near the place where the ankle strap attaches - see closeup. And some superficial crackling to the leather lining - see third closeup.
